We are offering Mass Loaded Vinyl Sound Barrier to our clients. Vinyl sound barrier mat loaded with naturally occurring minerals. The product is free of lead, unrefined aromatic oils and bitumen. It is excellent at reducing the transmission of airborne sound and in enhancing the insertion loss performance of Partition wall, Home Theater, Multiplex, Commercial, residential, industrial insulation by providing a barrier to noise.
Noise Barrier is the most efficient and cost effective solution for controlling transmitted sound in commercial, institutional, and residential construction. A standard wood stud & gypsum board wall with one layer of Noise Barrier blocks more sound than a 12" thick poured concrete slab (STC 51).
Our product assures compliance with life safety and building code requirements. Our product is very easy to use does not required much skill, this noise barrier material cut easily with a box knife and requires no special tools or skills to install.
To achieve the high value of sound blocking, Noise barrier can be used in normal gypsum/Calcium Silicate partition wall. Just putting one layer of Noise barrier we could achieve more than 50dB sound insertion loss.

TECSOUNDR stands out due to its fire resistance and meets Euroclass standard UNE-EN 13501-1:2007 with an exceptional rating: Euroclass B, s2, d0. In other words, it does not spread the flames, is self-extinguishing, it does not drop and does not give off molten particles.
Available in a range of weights, in a self-adhesive format, in specific sizes to match gypsum plasterboards or in combination with absorbent felt, TECSOUNDR offers solutions for any kind of building system and also its application in the industrial field.
